Hard Enamel refers to the coloured enamel fill that is used to fill the recessed stamped into the metal badge bases. Hard Enamel Badges are the highest quality Pin Badge due to the quality of the coloured enamel. This coloured enamel fill is poured into the recesses of the metal badge base. Once the Hard Enamel sets it sits proud of the metal badge base. The excess enamel is removed by polishing down to the metal leaving a smooth polished flat badge surface. Hard Enamel badges are collectable badges for regalia. Popular uses include recognition pins, award pins, rewards and jewellery items such as cufflinks. Printing We digitally print 4 colour process, all logos, text and face colours of the badges. We can print any face colour on the badges. Please provide a pantone colour reference if possible.
