Soft Enamel refers to the coloured enamel fill that is used to fill the recessed stamped into the metal badge bases. This coloured enamel fill is poured into the recesses of the metal badge base. Once the Soft Enamel fill sets the surface of the enamel fill dips slightly lower to the surface of the badge. These badges do not require the extra process of polishing like the Hard Enamel badges and hence they are slightly cheaper badges to buy. Soft Enamel badges are collectable badges. Popular uses include gift and incentives, charity pins, football club badges and jewellery items such as cufflinks. Enamel Badges are not suitable for children under 36 months

Printing We digitally print 4 colour process, all logos, text and face colours of the badges. We can print any face colour on the badges. Please provide a pantone colour reference if possible.
